CoA Lore Writeup
KoX:
On the fabled planet of Xoroth, home to the Dreadsteeds, there commands Lord Hel'nurath who tests his demons against the hellfire which reigns on the planet, testing their metal, and purifying themselves through fire and pain. Those that come out on the otherside are Knights of Xoroth, murderous, raging monstrosities which crave nothing more than to slay the enemies of the Legion. Butchers of Worlds, you now descend on Azeroth, ready to find new targets to fuel your endless hunger for blood and war.
Necromancer:
The Dark practice, created by most Ancient powers which lay beyond the veil of Death, has long been outlawed by the Archmages of Dalaran and it's practice has lead to the most depraved acts Azeroth has ever seen. Practitioners ho…
Conquest of Azeroth
Necromancer is a new class introduced to Conquest of Azeroth, Necromancers wield dark powers forbidden by Dalaran to their advantage and call upon the Grave to serve them in their fight.
Necromancers utilize two Resources, Mana and Runic Power, striking a Balance between the two is key to becoming a Great Necromancer. Currently (As of the Alpha level 30 Tests) Necromancers utilize two primary spells to generate Runic Power, Chilling Touch, a 30 yard range Frost spell which generates 15 - 20 Runic Power, and Flesh to Worms, a Damage over Time ability which lasts 12 seconds dealing Shadow damage in 3 second intervals and generating 5 Runic power each time.
Necromancers are split into 3 different Schools of Magic, discussed below, and utilize t…
Fierce Blow
Fierce blow is a special move that may occur during any Boss fight. Every 3 seconds, the Boss has a 33% chance to cast Fierce Blow. This will replace their next Auto-Attack. Each time the boss fails to use Fierce Blow increases the chance the that the next Auto-Attack (after 3 seconds) will be a Fierce Blow by 33% each time, up to a Maximum of 100%. Once successfully cast, Fierce Blow's chance resets back to 0%.
When cast, Fierce Blow will bypass 50% of any Absorb effect on a Target. This means that their Auto-Attack will do 50% damage to you and the other 50% to the Absorb. Furthermore, as the Boss is striking with all their might, the Fierce Blow cannot be Blocked, Dodged or Parried.
Uniquely, Fierce Blows may be staggered by 15%, instead of…

Item level
Item level (often abbreviated as ilevel or simply ilvl) is a rather important property of every item. It has two main functions — to reflect the item's usefulness and at the same time determine the minimum level a character must have in order to use it.
Item level serves as a rough indicator of the power and usefulness of an item, designed to reflect the overall benefit of using the item. Two items of equal ilvl should in theory therefore be of equal potential use. However, each item spends its ilvl 'budget' differently, in various primary and secondary stats, as well as in procs and effects. Since each of these values provide different benefits to different classes and specs, the true value of an item varies depending on the user, and cannot b…

Ascension has such a wide variety of Builds people may take that to choose just one becomes just as hard as choosing whether to play Melee, Ranged or Caster in the first place. But of course, you've made the right choice by choosing Caster.
Caster has some of the most varied play stiles available to you, whether you want to drop Huge Crits on your Foes, Chain Lightning legions of enemies or to watch them wither away as your 20th Damage over Time spell saps the last of their life away, all available to you as a Caster.
But before you choose your talents and abilities, yo…
Felforged

Felforged WoW is a FFA PvP Game Mode with the excitement of a session based PvP game. For that thrill seeking few, further challenges are given by the Legion to garner t…

Drain Soul/Shadowburn will increase your chance to roll 1 Soul Shard Spender. Knowing both spells will not increase the chance or create an additional chance to roll a second spell in this list. If you know both Drain Soul and Shadowburn, Soul Stone will still have a +10% to roll. Learning a spell from this list will not prevent learning the rest.
